Ov\u0161em p\u0159ece jenom je tu ur\u010dit\u00fd rozd\u00edl mezi klasickou a takovouto hypot\u00e9kou.Hypot\u00e9ka na dru\u017estevn\u00ed byt se nenab\u00edz\u00ed \u010dasto. Jenom se mus\u00ed akceptovat, \u017ee se zde p\u016fj\u010d\u00ed z\u00e1jemci o koupi dru\u017estevn\u00edho bytu men\u0161\u00ed d\u00edl ceny takov\u00e9ho objektu.
